Question: why do you get a stomach pain when you get hit in the genital area for a man?

Ah- as a girl I can’t imagine how that pain must feel but I sympathise! The reason you feel pain in your abdomen even when you’ve taken a knock to the testicles is because of a big nerve running down fro your kidneys through your abdomen down to your testicles. This pesky nerve is called the spermatic plexus. So, even though the pain originates n your testes- it travels up the spermatic plexus and that’s why you feel pain in your abdomen too!
