Does this happen? Not sure I ever noticed that pattern! No idea. Something to do with how you sleep when your hair is wet? Hmm.

Hmmmm, I’m not sure there’s a relationship between having wet hair and then getting a stiff neck- perhaps you just sleep awkwardly when your hair is wet. On the other hand- the cooler temperature of your hair, and the moisture might have some affect, since muscles do tend to get a little stiff at lower temperatures, but I’m not sure whether this would be enough to cause stiffness in your neck.

Well.. the two aren’t that connected, actually. Sleeping with wet hair can make you susceptible to sickness, because you may loss some body heat. If in combination, you are also tired or you are building up a cold, together they might add up.
